Can PTAs use this, or is it PT-only?

PTAs are included on the same seats, free like everyone else this year. The program is built for PTs, and PTAs get full value from the visit-flow, documentation, and case content. The OASIS assessment items are PT-scope by regulation, so a PTA learns them as context rather than as their own task. Everyone earns the same certificate, which attests that the training was completed, not what a license permits.

Why is this better than three ride-alongs with my best PT?

Keep them anyway, because nothing on a screen replaces watching a clinician in a home. What ride-alongs cannot give you is standardization, because every hire gets the same complete OASIS-E2 and documentation training instead of whatever happened to come up on those three visits. They cannot give you a record, because you get chapter-by-chapter progress and a certificate for the file instead of nothing on paper. And they cannot give you independence from your senior PT's calendar, because this is self-paced around the hire's visit schedule. Honest boundary: this replaces the classroom half of onboarding, not the field half. Competency validation, EMR-specific training, and final sign-off stay yours. We will not invent an ROI number for you. Bring your rates and your hire count to a call and we will do the math with your numbers.

Does anything actually grade their documentation?

Yes, and it is the part nobody else does. Hires write real documentation against fictional scenarios, and the AI grader scores and corrects it against rubrics written by the founder, a practicing home health DPT who documents these visits every week. It grades principles, not your policies: skilled-need justification, medical necessity language, defensible goal writing. It never sees a real chart, and your QA process stays the authority on how notes get worded at your agency. There is no published validation study and we will not pretend there is. Think of it as unlimited graded reps before your QA nurse ever reads a note.

Who updates the content when CMS changes OASIS?

He is not reading about a CMS change in a vendor newsletter; it hits his own documentation the week it takes effect, so the update pressure on your trainer and on this platform is the same person. The content is centrally maintained, so when it updates every seat sees the current version immediately, with no re-purchase and no version rot. What does not exist yet: a written update-timeline commitment, a public changelog, and an in-product flag that tells already-completed hires what changed. If you need an update commitment in your vendor file, ask for it and we will put one in writing.

Seats belong to your agency, not to one person forever. Reassigning a seat when a clinician leaves is always fine, no matter how often turnover happens. The only thing we ever flag is a completed hire being deactivated within 90 days of being added, and that just sends a note to the founder for a human look. Nothing is ever suspended automatically.

Does anything renew or charge?

No, and we will not invent them. No agency has run a cohort through this yet, so there is no completion rate and no time-to-independence comparison to show you. Any vendor handing you those numbers this early is making them up. What we can back is exactly what the product contains, because you can inspect all of it during your free access: the chapters, the OASIS-E2 coverage item by item, the 50-case bank, the AI-graded documentation practice, and the admin progress view. You can also open a hire's documentation submissions and read the grader's feedback yourself, alongside the recorded time they spent on that work. A three-minute spot-check still beats a report: sit with your hire while they walk you through two of their graded submissions and you learn more about their reasoning than any dashboard will tell you.

No. The program is not CEU-accredited, and completing it does not earn continuing-education or license-renewal credit. The chapters get a new hire fluent in OASIS and home health documentation, with a named completion certificate for your training file. If that ever changes, we will say so plainly.

Can we export completion records?

While your license is active, yes. Your admin portal exports a per-clinician CSV of chapters completed, activity counts, documentation submissions, and timestamps, and every certificate is a downloadable PDF. What does not exist yet is a one-click end-of-license archive or a committed post-term access window, and we would rather tell you that now than have you find it when the free window ends. The operating advice we give every agency: file the certificate PDF in the personnel record the day it is earned and export progress quarterly, so your training file never depends on any vendor still being here.
