HOW IT WORKS

Your admin account and 20 clinician seats, active the same day. No card, no trial clock.

Invite your team.
Seats belong to your agency, not to one person. Assign them as you hire, and every hire gets the same complete OASIS-E2 and documentation training.

Reassign on turnover.
When a clinician leaves, deactivate them and their access frees immediately for the replacement. Progress records are preserved.

It is free through December 31, 2026. What happens after that is a conversation we will have with you, not a surprise charge: there is no card on file and nothing renews on its own.
