The Creator

I’m a practicing home health Physical Therapist who graduated just two years ago, and I learned this field the hard way.

I entered home health with little to no guidance, no clinical rotations in the setting, and very few answers on how things actually worked. The learning curve was steep: documentation, scheduling, pay structures, and expectations were all learned through trial, error, and long days in the field.

Instead of leaving or burning out, I committed to figuring it out. I studied the systems behind home health, refined my workflows, and built a structure that made the job more sustainable and financially rewarding.

TheHomeHealthPro exists to share what I had to learn the hard way, so that other healthcare clinicians of all fields can shorten the learning curve, avoid burnout, and build smarter home health careers without wasting years figuring it out alone.
